| THE OLD SCHOOL CHALLENGE |

| Old School Rules There are 9 fitness categories used as testing methods. Select 5 of the 9 fitness tasks. For 4 weeks you will practice all 5 of your fitness tasks at least two times/week. You must record your attempts on the score sheet. You may time yourself or have a friend observe your tasks for the preliminary 4 weeks. The final week is the challenge finals. You have an entire week to perform your 5 fitness tasks. You can do all 5 tasks in one day or spread them out over the course of the week. During the final week, you must have either Howard or Sara time and/or count your tasks. These scores will serve as your final record even if your previous scores were better. These scores will serve as our initial “best” in the fitness center. If you have the “best” in any category, your name will be posted with your score along with date accomplished. Anyone, including yourself, may challenge your score and try to beat the existing record. If they beat your time, their name and score will replace yours!!! |

Old School: Like being back in gym class, only you’re (a lot) older now. Can you still hang? If you were tormented in gym class, it’s your time to shine! Show ‘em what you’re made of now. If you excelled in gym class, do you still have what it takes to win??? |
