CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Ab Attack +: A focus on the core combined with a full-body sculpt. Ashtanga Yoga***: a method of yoga that involves synchronizing breath with a progressive series of postures, producing intense internal heat and sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Basic Yoga***: Just the basics; breathe, stretch, balance and relax. Cardio Jam: A high-energy combo of hi-lo, step and dance. Cardio Kickboxing: High-intensity, high impact--a great workout. Cooley Pump: Strengthen and tone your whole body with a wide variety of equipment. Cooley Pump Xpress: Our classic full-body sculpt in just 30 minutes. Intermediate/Advanced Yoga***: This class take the basic Yoga to a whole other level. For more experienced students. Iyengar Yoga***: This class takes yoga to another level for the student to learn proper alignment in postures and ending with a mind-calming stress-reducing relaxation. Mixed Martial Arts Workout: a unique workout led by semi-professional cage fighter, Craig Machado combines the four principles of technique, flexibility, strength and conditioning. This workout integrates elements of kickboxing, calesthenics and yoga for a well-rounded total body workout. Pilates: Strengthens and stabilizes the core while enhancing flexibility. Pi-Yo Mat Class***: This class integrates the core stabilization of Pilates with the flexibility, flow and stamina of Yoga. Spinning: Challenging rides set to great music--the most fun you can have burning 500 calories! Sports Conditioning: A great circuit training workout to challenge your agility, strength and overall stamina! Step it Up!: Innovative step choreography that challenges your mind and body (step experience required). Summer Dance Workout: low impact, high intensity floor aerobics workout. TRAINing Day***: Takes you out of the traditional group exercise setting to tone and strengthenk your body using free weights and machines. Zumba!: Latin dance party! Fantastic cardio workout with fun flavor. ***Indicates prior sign up is required. Call the Cooley Center at 410-955-2513 up to 1 hour in advance. Evening yoga classes require a $5 drop-in fee by ALL participants. Yoga workshops require an $8 drop-in fee by ALL participants. |

| $$GROUP EXERCISE FEES$$ Group Exercise classes offer a fun and challenging alternative to typical weight and treadmill routines. Most classes are open to people of all fitness levels. While each class aims at different targets, whether it be improving muscle tone or decreasing stress, you will certainly enjoy them! Classes are $5 per class unless you have Gold Membership (unlimited classes included). *Please sign up in advance for indoor cycling, yoga and TRAINing Day classes due to limited space. Members may purchase group exercise in the following packages:
