

| GROUP EXERCISE "SUMMER SIZZLE" SCHEDULE June 16th -- August 2nd |
| CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Ab Attack + - Intense abs plus upper and lower body strength moves equals a perfect equation. Aqua Yoga - Basic Yoga + Water = a fun way to cool down, stretch and relax on a hot day. Ashtanga Yoga*** - Intense, sweat-inducing, flexibility and strength-producing and tons of fun! Each session ends with a deep relaxation. Cardio Bounce - Use the stability ball to get your heart rate up, challenge your coordination and balance, and get your upper body involved in this step aerobics and ball hybrid class. Cardio Jam - Get your groove on! Hi-lo, step and dance come together to get you pumped. Cooley Camp 3000 - (intermediate/advanced) This class is designed to give results fast! Bring a water bottle, a mat, and your game face to this hybrid military boot camp and sports conditioning class. Now offered twice a week. Cooley Pump - Get strong. Get toned. Use a variety of equipment to challenge your whole body. Now featuring body bars!! Hard-Core Cycling*** - One hour of high intensity cycling coupled with challenging body-weight strength moves. Blast calories and strengthen your center -- sweat is a good thing... Intro to Flow Yoga*** - A graceful, intuitive yoga class that flows with the breath -- a great way to go with the flow. Kickboxing - Kick and punch your stress away with this high intensity cardio class. Pilates - This class uses Pilates exercises to strengthen and stabilize the core and enhance flexibility. Spinning - Fun rides set to fun music -- the most fun you've ever had burning 500 calories! Step It Up! - Innovative fun choreography challenges your mind and body. (Some step or other aerobic dance experience preferred.) Yoga Bal-Lates - Use the stability ball to deepen your yoga and Pilates practice. ***Indicates prior sign up is required. | $$GROUP EXERCISE FEES$$ Group Exercise classes offer a fun and challenging alternative to typical weight and treadmill routines. Most classes are open to people of all fitness levels. While each class aims at different targets, whether it be improvng muscle tone or decreasing stress, you will certainly enjoy them! Classes are $4 per class unless you have Gold Membership (unlimited classes included). *Please sign up in advance for indoor cycling and yoga classes due to limited space. Students may purchase group exercise in the following packages:
