HOWARD FALCON
As he continued to professionally develop his personal training passion, he expanded his
client base to include athletes also.  Coach Falcon found the transition from exclusively
training women to include athletes easy, as he is a former collegiate athlete.  Working with
athletes is truly one of Coach’s greatest pleasures.  Athletes are determined and driven to
attain their goals, and be the best that they can be. Disciplined athletes work extremely hard
which makes a trainer’s job “easy”.  Coach says, “Training athletes both young and old,
there’s no greater joy than watching an athlete achieve their goals and dreams.”

Currently, Coach Falcon works in corporate health at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine
where his fitness class and personal training expertise impacts an even broader population,
ranging from graduate students to medical professionals! This is where Coach was inspired
to create his boot camp fitness program and to write his e-book, “Fitness for Everyday
People Living Everyday Lives.”  With his years of experience, helping to develop some of the
most attractive female bodies in Maryland and his athletes of the new millennium, Coach
Falcon is passionate and intensely motivated to help you achieve  a better body!
