         Marilyn Cataldo

Marilyn has been living in Baltimore for more than 20
years.  She has been teaching dance and group fitness
for over 25 years.  Teaching and helping people improve
their health, stamina, endurance and well-being.  Marilyn
says,
"Being trained in ballet, jazz, tap and modern
dance as well as in the field of psychology provides me
with an understanding of the mind and body
connection."
Outside of fitness, she is a clinician and
therapist who works with developmentally delayed

     Tarran Pierfelice

Tarran is a Cellular & Molecular
Medicine graduate student at the
School of Medicine.  She loves
teaching group exercise.  Tarran
says,
"I believe physical exercise
is a key component to good health
and is the most potent stress
reliever and mood booster.  The
motto of my classes is simple:
push yourself to the limit and the
results will follow.  My classes are
designed to be fun, challenging,
and to make you sweat, sweat,
sweat, so that you can feel and
look your best!"

    Sarah Hemminger

Enthusiast.  Trained in ballet, jazz,
modern dance and a competitive
healthy active lifestyle through
exercise and music. She has been
leading group exercise classes for
the past six years.  Outside of
fitness, Sarah
is pursuing her
doctorate in Biomedical Engineering
Sarah has always been a fitness at
JHU.  She also directs the Incentive
Mentoring Program at Dunbar High
School.

Diane Coraggio

Diane Coraggio is an International
Health graduate student at the
School of Public Health. Diane has
been teaching Spinning for 2 years.
Being healthy is extremely
important to Diane and she loves to
get others excited about exercise.
Her fitness motto is, "challenge
yourself so there are no regrets
when you're finished". Diane enjoys
biking, playing outdoors, cooking,
traveling and trying new restaurants.
