| Marilyn Cataldo Marilyn has been living in Baltimore for more than 20 years. She has been teaching dance and group fitness for over 25 years. Teaching and helping people improve their health, stamina, endurance and well-being. Marilyn says, "Being trained in ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance as well as in the field of psychology provides me with an understanding of the mind and body connection." Outside of fitness, she is a clinician and therapist who works with developmentally delayed children and their families. | Diane Coraggio Diane Coraggio is an International Health graduate student at the School of Public Health. Diane has been teaching Spinning for 2 years. Being healthy is extremely important to Diane and she loves to get others excited about exercise. Her fitness motto is, "challenge yourself so there are no regrets when you're finished". Diane enjoys biking, playing outdoors, cooking, traveling and trying new restaurants. |
