REGINALD     COLE
GROUP EXERCISE COORDINATOR
Reggie combines his experience as a dance educator and professionally-trained dance performance artist
with his  knowledge and skills as a certified aerobics instructor to provide several different workout
formats, meet members' various fitness goals and maintain physical health and overall well-being.  Reggie
is also an AFAA-certified and MidAtlantic Corporate Health-certified Personal Trainer.  When Reggie is not
on stage, in the gym or in the studio, he enjoys movies, seeing performances, reading, running and
spending time with family.   He recently moved to the Baltimore area and is happy to be on staff at the
Cooley Center.

Reggie Cole grew up in Silver Spring, MD.  In
1994, he became a founding member of
CityDance Ensemble.  With CityDance, he
choreographed and performed for the Early
Arts Outreach program in Nebraska,
Philadelphia and all over the Washington, DC
area.  As a company member, he toured
Russia, Lithuania, Poland and performed
several times at the Kennedy Center for the
Performing Arts.  In 2000, Reggie joined the
cast of Edgeworks Dance Theater.  With the
company he has performed at Jacob's Pillow,
locally in the DC area and the Fringe Festival in
Edinburgh, Scotland.  During his dancing
career, Reggie developed an interest in
physical conditioning and group exercise.  In
2000, he became an AFAA-certified Group
Fitness Instructor.  He has been leading group
exercise classes more than five years now.

Reggie has 14 years of professional dance and
teaching experience. He teaches youth and
adult classes in liturgical, modern, jazz, street
jam and beginning ballet. He has taught
workshops and classes in fitness facilities,
dance studios, churches, community centers
and schools across the Washington DC
metropolitan area. He is currently on faculty of
Towson University's Children's Dance Division.
