My training philosophy is to have fun and
be functional with your workouts.  I like to
incorporate a variety of exercises in each
workout including cardio, weights, abs and
sometimes plyometrics.  If you are looking
to shed a few pounds, improve your
cardiovascular function, increase your
muscular endurance and strnegth then
you've come to the right place.

I believe there are many components to
fitness and you can't focus on just one
area -- they are all connected.  I expect
you to keep your end of the bargain by
improving your diet to reach your
individual goals.  My training style uses a
well-balanced approach and a variety of
techniques.
