Ab Attack Plus - This class will be broken down into two components, with 30 minutes concentrating on the muscles of the abdomen and lower back plus 15 minutes of exercises for strengthening the inner and outer thighs, hamstrings, glutes, quads and/or upper body.

Advanced Step - This class offers intricate step combinations with intensity to suit more experienced levels. Enjoy being challenged physically as well as mentally. Previous step experience is recommended.

Aquarobics-  Enjoy a non-impact cardio workout in the pool.  It is safe for all levels and gets your heart rate up while toning your whole body.  Who doesn’t want to get in the pool on a hot day?

Ashtanga Yoga –This hour long yoga class introduces you to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, a traditional Indian yoga often called power yoga in the U.S.  This class will increase your strength, flexibility, and balance and end with a deep relaxation.

Ball Core Strengthening-   This class uses stability balls to train the abs, lower back, hips, and upper body.  Includes warm-up, stregnth /balance training, and stretch, all on the ball!  Fun and effective!

Basic Yoga-  This class is appropriate for all levels of experience.  The class focuses on flexibility, balance, and breath control, and ends with deep relaxation.   A great way to rest and recharge on your lunch hour.

Boot Camp -  A high intensity cardio and strength training workout that combines running, calisthenics, and sports related activities to push your limits and increase your performance beyong what you thought possible.  Be prepared to sweat!

Cardio Interval - Experience the power and energy in this action packed work out. Kickboxing, hi/low aerobics and step might be included to challenge you during this 45-minute aerobic workout.

Cooley Pump -  This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. This simple, easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle using a variety of equipment.

Indoor  Cycling-  Start your day off right.  Indoor cycling is a heart pumping workout that is safe for your joints and is great for all fitness levels because it allows YOU to control the intensity!

Kick & Sculpt - Develop new skills and improve core strength as you burn tons of calories in this cardio kickboxing and sculpting class.
