Fitness assessments allow both the participant and the personal trainer to determine current levels by measuring body composition, cardiovascular and muscular endurance, flexibility, resting heart rate and blood pressure. Based on these measurements, fitness goals and exercise history, your trainer will design a safe and effective exercise program. This is a 1-on-1 assessment that is FREE to all Cooley members!
