At the Denton A. Cooley Center, we have a variety of services available to our members including: personal training, group exercise classes, intramural activities, fitness challenges and locker rentals.
At our Bloomberg 9th Floor location, we currently offer personal training services as well.
The Staff at both fitness centers are certified Personal Trainers that can assist you with your fitness questions or goals. A free assessment is included with a purchase of a personal training session.
Group Exercise is a fun alternative to your usual routine. We offer a wide variety of classes including yoga, indoor cycling, step and sculpting classes. Class fees are included with your employee membership. Students must purchase class passes for an additional fee.
The fall, winter and spring seasons allow us to offer intramural activities on our basketball court including: volleyball, basketball, soccer, badminton and dodge ball. You must be a current Cooley member to participate in our activities.
We offer various fitness challenges throughout the year to help our members reach their goals. Prizes are awarded to the top winner of each challenge. (Please click on the heading: "Fitness Challenges" for more details.)
Free day-use lockers are available at both the Cooley Center and the Bloomberg 9th Floor location when you provide your own lock. However, the Cooley Center also has long-term locker rentals available for the added convenience of leaving your belongings.
