Special Case Memberships

Hospital Patients/Relatives

Hospital patients and relatives may use the Cooley Center following these guidelines:  Patients must supply on letterhead documentation from the attending physician's office.  The letter serves as a physician's referral that states he/she may exercise in an unlimited fashion, without supervision and does not pose a threat to other member's safety.  Family members need a similar letter that verifies their status.

With qualifying information:
  • $5/day
  • $15/week
  • $30/month

Payment methods accepted are: cash, check or credit (minimum charge of $10).

Intramural

Short-term intramural membership is $50.00, which is valid during the current intramural season.

To be eligible for this membership your name must appear on a team roster, and you must be an employee, student, or alumni of Johns Hopkins or affiliate.
